This is one of the greatest, most versatile finishing sauces ever and it’s super easy! Great on roasted, grilled, or steamed cauliflower, cabbage, or courgette and delicious stirred through pasta sauce, a big bowl of greens, or salads tossed with grains or beans. The spice is nice!

Ingredients

  • 300g jar tahini
  • 2 x 148 ml bottles Frank’s Red Hot Sauce or hot sauce of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon onion, granulated
  • 2 cups hot water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high until smooth.
  2. Add more water for a thinner sauce if needed.
